Synopsis:

When an unarmed African-American man is gunned down by police. A shy but talented poet discovers that her words not only have the power to illustrate injustice but to inspire those affected. For good, or ill. This film centers around the sense of injustice many people of color feel, but also questions what the response to that injustice should be.
